Guest Ratings & Reviews
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only very clean but also had so many thoughtful eclectic little touches, making it a fun place to stay. The atmosphere with its renaissancy Italian touch was just amazing. However, the service, although lovely at first, became a bit distant after a couple of hours. The location was super convenient to reach all the sites in Florence, being near to everything and close to the Central Market.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly service, and a fantastic location close to key attractions in Florence. However, some staff interactions were not as pleasant at times. The presence of thoughtful amenities enhances the overall experience.
The hotel had a cool atmosphere with a very Renaissance Italian touch, offering many thoughtful eclectic little touches making it a fun place to stay. However, it lacked a wardrobe or a place to hang clothes.
